How are arcaya cosmetics products different from other brands? 

Our products are developed and produced exclusively in Germany using only premium, secure raw materials. Arcaya is a registered cosmetic brand based in the south of Germany and known for its market expertise, many years of experience and excellent product quality. All of our products are subject to the strict cosmetic standards of the European Union. We also pay strict attention to organic quality and fair trade.

Our products are designed with the intention of providing a skincare system that is simple and effective for all skin types and to address every skin condition. We offer problem-solvers and special products for targeted care. Our products deliver a high concentration of active ingredients to work with the skin to deliver results. Fast and perfect effectiveness through a high concentration of active ingredients is particularly important to us. Lastly, we only work with pure ingredients as we believe the best recipes for beautiful and healthy skin can be found in nature!

Are your products Vegan? 

Most of our products contain only vegan ingredients. To see exactly which products are considered vegan, please check out the individual product pages. 

Are your products Cruelty-free? 

Yes, arcaya does not carry out animal experiments or commission them. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, & are committed to being cruelty free.

Will my products expire? 

While the products don't have a formal expiration date, we recommend that they be used within 3 years within the manufacture date for best product quality. 

Ampoule FAQ

What is an ampoule and how do I use it? 

Ampoules provide a concentrated delivery of active ingredients in a glass vial that can be applied on the skin to achieve a specific skin result. Our ampoules are for topical use only (think of it like a very specialized serum you apply under your moisturizer after cleansing your skin). Each of our boxes comes with 5 ampoules. You can use them everyday (morning & night) for best results, or you can add them once a week as an extra treat in your skincare routine. Our ampoules are for external/ topical use only. Do not swallow, digest or inject. 

How do you open an ampoule? 

Shake well before opening. Snap the top of the ampoule off at the break ring, while protecting your hand with a cotton pad. Apply approximately half the ampoule on your skin generously before applying your moisturizer. For best effects, use half the ampoule in the morning and half at night.

How should I care for my skin after applying an ampoule? 

Depending on how your skin feels, you can apply a moisturizer once the ampoule has been absorbed into the skin. Do not apply cream after using an oil-based ampoule.

How should I store my ampoule? 

You ampoule can be stored standing up in its box (see our Instagram highlights for a picture). Please use within 2 days of opening.
